So for me, let it be known I am not a fan of balanced beers. I typically like over the top hoppy, tongue ripping, palate tearing beers. I generally like IPA's and love a good hop forward Imperial IPA... I also have grown fond of some stouts and porters along the way. Nonetheless, my brewing perception is largely influenced by the beers I enjoy. So these are some beers I have enjoyed over the years, and really have shaped my appreciation for great craft beer.
